Triggy

When Triggy came to us, there was no content strategy, no pillars, no posting cadence; just a strong visual identity getting lost in a scattered grid. Worse, the account read as a cafe, not the third space it was built to be.
We fixed that with a four-pillar system: The Craft, The Space, The Making, The People; giving every post a purpose and the grid a concept-store logic instead of a cafe-feed one. We rebalanced the format mix toward reels and carousels for reach, and added solo-visitor and art-cafe content to round out the positioning, without diluting it.
The result: a feed that reads, in seconds, as exactly what Triggy always meant to be; a concept store and a third space.
